As Lead Pastor of LifePoint Church Harrisburg PA, I am thankful to be part of a church that welcomes people, no matter where they are on their spiritual journey. Together we are a community of believers. What does the word “community” mean? We believe that together in fellowship we grow closer to God and one another. The Bible speaks about iron sharpening iron. We believe that together we grow stronger. We are a community of believers. We have no interest in making people more religious. Jesus didn’t come to make us more religious. Instead, we believe the church can and should be a place where people are genuinely loved, accepted for who they are, connected in meaningful relationships, and invited to deeper faith. New to your faith in Christ and have questions about what it all means? Been a follower of Christ for a while but are curious about growing stronger in your faith?

If you're 18 years or older, then join us for our Growing in Christ class, being held on Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM in the Upper Elementary Wing's Room 6 adult classroom, starting on Sunday, August 16th.

In the first five weeks of each session, we will be discussing the five basic promises God gives to Christians - assurance of salvation, answered prayer, victory over sin, forgiveness, and guidance.

Meanwhile, in the last four weeks of each session, we will be discussing the foundational basics of the Christian faith.

The book used for the class will be provided!
